There has been a significant amount of error regarding prophecy that has crept into the Church. Unfortunately, to avoid the “spooky” manifestations that many believers have been exposed to, the Church  tends to lock down in the opposite extreme when combating and eradicating it This lock-down is typically based in fear and ignorance of God’s prophetic ministry in our day. Fortunately, the Word of God gives us specific keys in which we can rightly discern true prophetic utterance from the false.

It is important that we humans understand that Almighty God still lives, breathes and sits high on the throne. As such, He may and still does use prophetic utterances to communicate His desires and will to those that are His own.

Faith is the lifestyle of choice in the Kingdom of God. It is the very key we need to seeing the manifestation of the things we believe God can and will work out in our lives. We use it like a carpenter uses a tool – to receive our salvation, our healing, our peace, our prosperity.
